Ticket Statuses

StatusMeaning
OpenYour ticket has been received and is awaiting a response
In ProgressA support agent is working on your issue
Waiting on YouWe need more information from you — please reply
ResolvedThe issue has been resolved
ClosedThe ticket is complete

Replying to a Ticket

Click on any ticket to view the conversation. Use the reply box at the bottom to add comments or provide additional information.
