Viewing Your Tickets
Navigate to Tickets in the sidebar to see all your support requests.
Ticket Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Your ticket has been received and is awaiting a response |
| In Progress | A support agent is working on your issue |
| Waiting on You | We need more information from you — please reply |
| Resolved | The issue has been resolved |
| Closed | The ticket is complete |
Replying to a Ticket
Click on any ticket to view the conversation. Use the reply box at the bottom to add comments or provide additional information.
