Navigating the Portal

After signing in, you will see your Application Dashboard showing the apps available to you.

The left sidebar provides quick access to:

  • Dashboard — Overview of your support activity
  • Tickets — View and manage your support tickets
  • Knowledge Base — Search help articles and guides
  • Settings — Your preferences

Language​

You can switch between English and Spanish using the language selector in the top bar.
