Welcome to the ROUNDBOX Partner Program. As a partner, you can manage support for your customers through the Orbis platform.

Your Partner Portal​

After signing in, you will see a dashboard showing your assigned customers and their support activity.

What Partners Can Do​

  • Submit and track tickets on behalf of your customers
  • View customer ticket history
  • Access the Knowledge Base for troubleshooting guides
  • Escalate critical issues to ROUNDBOX support teams
